Lolly Soulier

Coming from a background as a small business owner and a residential real estate agent and investor, Lolly began her journey into hotel sponsorship as a member of Left Field Investors as a host of the their Women Investors League. Lolly expanded her network and understanding of real estate investments through education programs including; Tom Wheelwright’s Wealthability Tax Strategy program, Capital Raising through Family Office Club, InvestHer and Women’s Wealth Collective, Hunter, ALIS, and Independent Hotel Congress Conferences, Steve Rushmore’s Hotel Valuation Certification and as a Mastery member of Fortune Builders. Mentoring through the She Has a Deal hotel investment program allowed Lolly to pitch a hospitality investment and win at the SHaD Pitch Competition in Virginia. These experiences trained her eyes to see opportunities to create value in the hotel industry. Lolly founded Kanesi Properties, an investment firm specializing in residential real estate investments, and Kanesi Hospitality, a hotel investment firm specializing in acquiring, developing, and asset managing hotels in major cities in the U. S. Lolly loves many things about hotel investing including; collaboration, strategic planning, the opportunity to be serviceable and solve problems, and creating multiple income streams for her family and investors. Kanesi Hospitality sponsors a scholarship program, Teens for Positive Impact, hosting service projects and leadership opportunities for teens who earn the Presidential Service Award.
