Coming from a background as a small business owner and a residential real estate agent and investor, Lolly began her journey into hotel sponsorship as a member of Left Field Investors as a host of the their Women Investors League. Lolly expanded her network and understanding of real estate investments through education programs including Tom Wheelwright’s Wealthability Tax Strategy program, Capital Raising through Family Office Club, InvestHer and Women’s Wealth Collective, She Has a Deal Coaching, the Lodging Conference and Independent Hotel Congress, BLLA, Steve Rushmore’s Hotel Valuation Certification and as a Mastery member of Fortune Builders.These experiences trained her eyes to see opportunities to create value in the hotel industry. Lolly founded Kanesi Hospitality, a hotel investment firm specializing in repositioning, maximizing potential and asset management of hotels in major cities in the U. S. Among the many things Lolly loves about hotel investing are collaboration, strategic planning, the opportunity to be serviceable and solve problems, and create multiple income streams for her family and investors. Kanesi Hospitality sponsors a scholarship program, Teens for Positive Impact, hosting service projects and leadership opportunities for teens who earn the Presidential Service Award.
